Echobravoenglish is dedicated to teaching and training professional English online and sale of technical and specialized English.

4.1 The Company offers courses in maritime and technical English and sells technical books through the Website.

5. Pricing, Payment Conditions and Delivery

5.1 All prices for Services and Products are listed in Euros and are subject to change without notice.

5.2 The User agrees to pay all fees and charges for Services and Products purchased through the Website, including applicable taxes.

5.3 Payment must be made through the payment methods provided on the Website.

5.4. The Payment conditions for services are according to the contract agreed by both parts (User end Company). The Payment conditions for books and ebooks are “Full payment” before the book is delivered. When the company receives confirmation of the due payment, the book will be delivered.

5.5. The delivery of the physical books will take place within 24 (twenty-four) hours after receiving confirmation of payment. Shipping is “free” for deliveries in Portugal and EU countries. Ebooks can be downloaded after confirmation of payment.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 The Content on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2 The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, namely Portuguese DL 24/2014, from 14 February.

11.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of the website shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Portugal.
