Returns and Refunds Policy

  1. Introduction

This Returns and Refunds Policy (“Policy”) applies to the purchase of courses in maritime and technical English and the sale of technical books through echobravoenglish.com (“Website”) operated by Echobravoenglish (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By making a purchase through our website, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please do not make a purchase.

  1. Courses

2.1 Course Enrolment

All sales of course enrolments are subject to a contract between Echobravoenglish and the customer. The contract contains the amount to be paid and the payment conditions. The customer has the right of free resolution, within 14 days after the date of the contract (portuguese DL 24/2014, of 14 Feb, article 10)

2.2 Course Access Issues

If you experience any issues accessing the course materials, please contact our customer support team at support@echobravoenglish.com  within 6 days of your purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any access issues.

2.3 Course Cancellations by Company

If a course is cancelled by the Company, the customer will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course of equal value. We will notify you of the cancellation and provide instructions for receiving your refund or transferring your enrolment.

3.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns of physical books within 5 days of the date of delivery in case the book is damaged or defective. Contact our customer support team at support@echobravoenglish.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including the cost of return shipping for the damaged or defective book.

Digital books and e-books are non-refundable and non-returnable.

3.3 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the book. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact our customer support team at support@echobravoenglish.com within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including the cost of return shipping for the damaged or defective book.
